The breakfast was excellent. the location, close to markets and many restaurants was ideal. Having the small pool, onsite, was lovely as well.
They weren't very knowledgable about the tours available.

Great staff, beautiful room, gooood air conditioner, close to the city center (walkable easily), great breakfast
Could be a wee bit less expensive as it was more than three times what I paid for another hotel in Siem Reap on the previous 4 days, but all things considered it was a fair price for what I received.

It is an aesthetically pleasing hotel, and with 7 rooms, we felt a personal touch throughout our stay. The minute we walked in, it felt like a respite from the dusty and hot Siem Reap. The walk through the pool, past the outside of the lobby, art pieces and the walkway to our room sets an immediate relaxing effect. On Saturday night, they had a nice puppet and cultural dance show. We looked forward to the homemade yogurt and pineapple jam, bacon and coffee every morning. They also serve up really nice dishes for lunch, dinner and dessert as well. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We'd stay here again if we head back to Siem Reap!
Just a minor suggestion: maybe have subtitles for the Saturday puppet show?

This average budget hotel (or entry premium category) is just perfect for a trip to Angkor. The hotel is small (I think there are only 7 or 8 rooms) but there is a swimming pool. It is run by a lovely couple. It is conveniently located just across the river (5 minutes walk) from the central area where all the restaurants and bars are. The restaurant is excellent (both Cambodian and French cuisine). Above all, the decoration is beautiful, simple and demonstrates a very good taste. A real treat after a day running through the temples. I will return with great pleasure.

It was really a very bad experience. The owner is unreasonable. We confirmed the airport pick-up with them again and again, they still could not meet us at airport. Even if we gave them the flight #, the owner said they "had thought" we should arrived at night not in the morning! The room had no hot water for shower. We decided to leave after one night stay, the owner insisted to charge us 3 nights! The reason was " you booked 3 nights at our hotel"! The owner was very rude. We argued with them, and Booked.net also helped to communicate with the owner. We were charged 2 nights finally then moved to another hotel.

We actually didn't stay at this hotel because we made the booking in Booked.net, but when we got to the hotel was full. They said that usually this happens with Booked.net. But the staff of this hotel found us a better hotel and they paid for the difference. They were really worried about finding us a place to stay. So they only thing that i can say is that the staff was incredible honest and helpful. We didn't see the room, but the hotel was really nice and clean and very well located.
